Fun Weekend
We had a great and busy weekend. On Friday night Aaron had class since his professor is going to be out of town this week. Therefore I had the kids all day. We enjoyed warm weather and playing outside. We also spent some time practicing our soccer skills. On Saturday we were up bright and early. Saturday has become our day to clean the house top to bottom. It is great because everyone pitches in to help. We also were expecting Aaron's friend from high school and his family to come and eat luch with us. Unfortunately they didn't make it. So we have lots of leftover BBQ pork! We then were able to watch some BYU football. All I can say is 59-0. Need I say more. Only that it was great to be on the winning side. Later we went to a birthday party for a liitle girl whose dad works with Aaron. We had some great athentic Indian food. We then went off to the USU vs. Utah game. (Let's just say we were glad BYU had already won.) We arrived a little late and missed USU's only touchdown. We did witness a field goal. We aren't too sure of their offensive strategies. They are constantly having to kick on the 4th down (not good). One thing I did figure out about myself is that I enjoy football games at home. They have the yellow line across the field and all the commentary. Plus, watching a game at 6p.m. when the sun hasn't starting makes it difficult to see well. So when you have 52 inches of greatness it makes it much easier to view at home. Oh well, the boy's enjoyed the game, the snacks and definately the bathroom. I felt like I got up a million times to go to both places. Sunday wasn't too eventful, just lots of relaxing!
