We had an enjoyable Cinco de Mayo. Adan was able to learn more about Cinco de Mayo and his class had a pinata at school. He brought home lots of candy and of course was willing to share. He doesn't even have to be told anymore that he has to share with Mateo he just willingly does it. Tonight we had a fun family outing. As a family we always do some kind of celebration for Cinco de Mayo. Tonight we went with the quick and easy version and went to Sol Azteca with friends and enjoyed resturant style celebration. Tonight made me realize that for the last four years we have celebrated this holiday with friends and next year we will be away. We made sure to have fun tonight as in a month and a half we will be with family. Tonight our favorite part was the fried ice cream. yummy!
