Tumbling, Bear Lake, Pan Dulce

Just a quick update, mostly pictures to document what we have been up to these last couple of weeks.

At the end of April the boys finished up their tumbling class. They loved it and it was totally worth our money. If only Vicksburg had a community education program.

At the beginning of May since Aaron finished finals we decided to head to Bear Lake the next day to celebrate. It is still cold in the evening so we rented a cabin. We had so much fun. We were also able to drive to Montpelier ID and enjoy a museum and learn about pioneers.

We enjoyed Cinco de Mayo. The boys wore red to school. We ate tacos for dinner. While the boys and I were at music class Aaron made Pan Dulce. He is becoming a pro. I tease him and tell him we should open up a Cafe and sell Tacos (with his delicious meat he flavors so well) and also my grandfather's wonderful Pan Dulce. He also decorated it very festive and we enjoyed starting a new tradition. I was able to educated the boys about Cinco de Mayo and that they are half Mexican. They never knew.
